KreatX · Pilots, deployment and enablement

We run your first problem on KREAT. Then your team runs the next ones.

KreatX is KREAT's applied team. We work alongside your R&D engineers to prove the platform on a real problem, fit it into how you already work, and build the skills to run it without us.

The engagement arc

Our involvement is designed to shrink.

Each stage moves more of the work to your team, until routine problems no longer need us.

Pilot

KREAT leads. Your engineers join every review.

Embed

The work is shared. Your team takes more each cycle.

Enable

Your team leads. We coach and certify.

Run it yourselves

Your team owns it. We support the hard problems.

KREAT teamYour team

Illustrative. The balance at each stage is set with you.

How we work with you

Start with a problem. End with a capability.

Every engagement runs on the KREAT platform and is built to hand over. Choose the depth that matches where your team is today.

01 / PILOT

We run it with you

One nominated problem, run end to end on the platform alongside your engineers.

  • Scope, success criteria and decision owners agreed before work starts
  • Physics-constrained screening ahead of any simulation or prototyping spend
  • Patent-ready documentation with provenance from problem to claim

Best for: a first evaluation or a paid proof of concept

02 / EMBED

Applied engineers in your team

For organisations running several programmes. KREAT applied engineers work inside your team and run programmes alongside you.

  • Platform fitted to your CAD and simulation toolchain, where scope allows
  • Programmes run jointly, with your engineers owning more each cycle
  • Playbooks and reviews that stay with your team

Best for: moving from one pilot to a standing capability

03 / ENABLE

Your team runs it

Structured cohorts that teach the method on your own problems, then certify the people who will carry it.

  • Cohorts work live challenges in the products
  • Internal champions certified, capability measured over time
  • Open courses for individuals and smaller teams

Best for: rolling the platform out across sites and functions

Scope, duration and commercial terms are agreed for each engagement.

Inside a pilot

One problem. A clear scope. A decision at the end.

A pilot follows KRAFT's three engines. Timing depends on the problem and is agreed at the start.

00 / SCOPE

Agree the problem

Success criteria, decision owners and the engineers involved are set before work starts.

Scope and success criteria
01 / DISCOVER

Search across industries

Shared governing physics connects your problem to solutions other fields have already found.

Candidate directions
02 / INVENT

Structure the IP

Raw insights become defensible concepts, traceable from source to claim.

Concepts and IP rationale
03 / VALIDATE

Eliminate what fails

Concepts are screened against governing physics before any simulation or prototype spend.

Validated directions
04 / DECIDE

Review and hand over

Your team reviews the results, chooses the next step and keeps the workspace and playbook.

Decision and handover

Typical shape, following KRAFT's engine sequence. The first physics-validated concept set takes 8 to 10 weeks.

What you keep

The results, and the ability to repeat them.

A pilot is judged on what remains once we step back.

Validated directions

Concept directions with patent-ready documentation and full provenance from problem to claim.

A working capability

A concept-validation capability your engineers can evaluate directly, not a study or a slide deck.

A repeatable method

A playbook, and people who have used the method on your own problem.

A clear next decision

What to scale, what to change and what to stop, with the reasoning attached.

How engagements start

Pilots start after your own scrutiny.

Every programme is confidential and outcomes cannot be shared, but direct references can be.

Baker Hughes

Technical review first

Thorough technical review and evaluation, then signed a paid POC.

Mahindra & Mahindra

Engineering and IP at the table

Preliminary evaluation, then signed up for a POC, including their Engineering and IP teams.

AMCA / ADA

Live on a real problem

Currently running a live SIDD-phase problem using KRAFT.

Open programmes

Not ready for a pilot? Start with a course.

Individuals and innovation teams can join open programmes without the KREAT products. They are a way to try the method first.

Questions

Before you write.

Is KreatX a consulting service?

No. KreatX runs on the KREAT platform and is built to hand over. Engagements have a defined scope and end with your team able to run the work, rather than an open-ended advisory arrangement.

What do you need from our side for a pilot?

A nominated problem, a decision owner and a small group of engineers who join the reviews. You do not need equations, CAD models or PLM integration to start.

Who owns the outputs?

Ownership and confidentiality terms are agreed in the engagement scope, before work starts.

How long does it take?

The first physics-validated concept set takes 8 to 10 weeks. Spark courses run 4 to 8 hours. Embedded work and enablement are scoped with you, since length depends on the programmes and cohorts involved.

Do we need the KREAT products to take a course?

Not for open courses such as Spark and Amplify. Pilots and enablement are built around the products, because teams learn the method by applying it to their own problems.

How do we get started?

Scope a pilot or request a demo. We reply with the next step and who needs to be involved.

Start with one problem

Tell us the problem. We will scope how to run it with you.

A few lines is enough. We reply with how a pilot would work on a problem like yours.

  • A scoping conversation on the problem and who should be involved
  • What a pilot would deliver, and what your team would keep
  • Courses and enablement, if you want to start smaller
