Developed the proprietary NOVA framework, creating significant market value for Fortune 500 companies while guiding 200+ innovation leaders. His unique interdisciplinary approach combines Computer Science Engineering, Innovation & IP from Indian Institute of Science (IISc) , and a Management degree from IIM Bangalore to transform complex challenges into market-defining opportunities. Applied for a patent on enabling Moonshot Innovations.
Dr. Shankar Venugopal

Dr. Shankar is Kreat's Chief Mentor. He mentored and guided us during the early conceptual stage of our Strategic Creation Platform through a course on Innovation Managrment that he taught at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc). Shankar holds a Ph.D. in Materials Science from IISc and a Management degree from IIM Bangalore. He brings 25+ years of rich experience in technology innovation leadership roles at GE, Dow, Honeywell, Cummins and Mahindra & Mahindra. He is a prolific inventor and holds 30+ Indian and US patents. He has created a proprietary innovation menthodology - FLOW - and has trained 3000+ inventors across multiple industries in systematic innovation frameworks.

Brings rich experience in Product Engineering Lifecycle across diverse disciplines in multinational corporations, bridging breakthrough innovation frameworks with practical enterprise solutions. Her unique combination of technical leadership and intellectual property expertise enables organizations to generate breakthrough concepts while protecting and commercializing their innovations effectively.
